He is a graduate and worked in marketing research. He had worked with companies like B.R.B. Patel Nagar, Indica South Ex., S.F.S. South - Ex. He had also worked in some major banks like ICICI, HDFC, AXIS bank in the loan department and in the credit card department. He had also worked in Idea company as a supervisor. He is working in a newspaper called Dehshat as a reporter. He is Director of SHUBHAM construction company.

She is a graduate and done B.A. & B.Ed. and worked in a school as a teacher. She had also worked in an institute which was CTET institute as a computer teacher and also as a project coordinator in CTET institute. She is also a Director in JS coaching center

The Organisation
The organization is registered in 2007 and the members of the organization started visiting areas of Delhi where they observed poverty and people of deprived communities. After that all the dedicated members analyzed different areas in different states and found that there is need of proper education and health related support to these sector of the society. Since 2015 the organization is working for the welfare of the society at grass root level
