• Take a print out of the application form
• Fill your complete details in the application form
• Affix your required documents with the application form.
• Prepare a Demand Draft of Rs 300 in favour of Birbal Manav Kalyan Samaj Association
• Send your documents along with the application form at the Head Office address. Head Office address is 101 Surat Singh Market  Kh.No. 142/101 ground floor main chowk , Village Kannjhawala ,land mark near Punjab & Sind Bank City Delhi – 110081
